创客教育模式在门诊患者首次使用胰岛素注射教育中的应用研究

摘要 目的研究创客教育模式在门诊患者首次使用胰岛素注射教育中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月~2020年6月萍乡市人民医院收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组进行常规教育模式干预,观察组进行创客教育模式干预。比较两组患者胰岛素知识和注射技术掌握情况、血糖达标率、糖化血红蛋白水平、患者满意度情况及生活质量。结果观察组胰岛素知识和注射技术总掌握率、总满意率及血糖达标率均高于对照组,糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3周后,两组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康及一般健康状况评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创客教育模式能够显著提高患者胰岛素注射水平及满意度,促进血糖水平降低,利于预后良好发展。 Objective To study the application effect of maker education mode in first-time insulin injection education in outpatients.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes who were admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were seleccted as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education mode intervention,and the observation group was given maker education mode intervention.The mastery of insulin knowledge and injection technique,qualified rate of blood glucose,level of glycated hemoglobin and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups.Results The total mastery rate of insulin knowledge and injection technique,total satisfaction rate and the qualified rate of blood glucose in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of glycated hemoglobin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of the intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health and general health status of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maker education mode can increase the level of insulin injection and satisfaction,decrease the level of blood glucose,and promote better prognostic development.
