整合视域下党建引领社区治理的实践与发展

The practice and development of community governance under the guidance of Party building from the perspective of integration

党建引领社区治理是现阶段社区治理的主要实践走向。借助整合优势,社区党组织应从利益、组织和价值等层面推动社区治理共同体的构建,化解社区治理中的利益碎片化、关系疏离化和价值流散化等整合难题。社区党建中存在的再悬浮化、内卷化和过度行政化等问题,约束着社区党建的整合效能。需要通过赋权于社区,加强服务型党组织建设、发挥技术治理优势,提升社区党建精细化水平等举措予以回应。

Party building leading community governance has gradually become the main practice trendin recent years.With the help of integration advantages,community Party organizations should promote the construction of community governance from the aspects of interest,organization,and value,and resolve the integration problems such as interest fragmentation,relationship alienation,and value dispersion in community governance.The problems of resuspension,involution and over-administration restrict the integration efficiency of community Party building.To resolve the above problems,this paper proses to empower communities,strengthen the construction of service-oriented Party organizations,take advantage of technological governance,and improve the delicacy level of community Party building.
