乡村旅游发展对农民收入的影响机制——基于中介效应模型

The influence mechanism of rural tourism development on farmers′ income--Based on the mediating effect model

基于2003—2018年中国30个省份(西藏和港澳台地区除外)的面板数据,采用中介效应模型实证检验乡村旅游发展对农民收入的影响机制。研究发现:城镇化、农村基础设施建设和农村生态环境治理在乡村旅游发展对农民收入影响中的中介效应均显著;这3种作用机制对农民收入的影响由强到弱依次为城镇化、农村基础设施建设、农村生态环境治理,城镇化的中介效应明显强于农村基础设施建设和农村生态环境治理;财政支农水平、农业技术进步、农村人力资本与农民收入整体呈现出显著的正相关,而工业化水平则与农民收入整体呈现出显著的负相关。据此,提出推进城镇化高质量发展、完善农村基础设施建设和优化农村生态环境治理等对策,以强化乡村旅游发展对农民收入增长的积极作用。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2003 to 2018,this paper uses the mediating effect model to empirically test the impact mechanism of rural tourism development on farmers'income.It is found that urbanization,rural infrastructure construction and rural eco-environment governance have significant mediating effects in the impact of rural tourism development on farmers'income.The impact of the three influencing mechanisms on farmers'income is urbanization,rural infrastructure construction and rural eco-environment governance relatively from strong to weak.The mediating effect of urbanization is obviously stronger than that of rural infrastructure construction and rural eco-environment governance.Financial supports for agriculture,agricultural technology progress and rural human capital respectively have a significant positive impact on farmers'income,while industrialization has a significant negative impact on farmers'income.Accordingly,the paper puts forward such countermeasures as promoting the high-quality development of urbanization,improving rural infrastructure construction and optimizing eco-environment,so as to strengthen the positive impact of rural tourism development on the growth of farmers'income.
