上海小微湿地保护与多元利用模式研究

Models for Protection and Diversified Utilization of Small Wetlands in Shanghai

国内小微湿地的研究处于起步阶段,其保护、利用和监管日益受到重视,但仍欠缺韧性生态空间建设目标下的小微湿地利用模式研究。根据上海小微湿地调查基础和管理需求,提出了上海小微湿地的定义和保护管理建议。通过综合考量生态环境、地理区位、地方需求、周边影响与所有权限等主要影响因子,提炼“主城区—新城—新市镇—乡村”4级城乡体系共同发展下的上海小微湿地保护与多元利用的景观游憩、环境保护、自然保育和产业支撑4个主要模式,充分发挥其生态系统服务功能,增强城市生态空间韧性。

Studies on small wetlands in China is still at preliminary stage.Increasing attention has been paid to protection,utilization and supervision of the small wetlands.However,very few studies were conducted on the models of small wetland utilization with the goal of building resilient ecological capacity.Based on a baseline survey and management requirements of small wetlands,we developed the definition of small wetlands in Shanghai.Considering the main influential factors,such as ecological environment,geographical location,local demands,surrounding influence and ownership,we refined four main models of landscape recreation,environmental protection,nature conservation and industrial support for the protection and diversified utilization of small wetlands in Shanghai under the context of four-level urban-rural development system“Main urban area-new city-new town-village”,in order to give full play to its ecosystem service functions,and to strengthen the resilience of urban ecological capacity.
