基于WTO与RTA互补平行关系的WTO规则改革路径

Reform Path of WTO Rules Based on the Complementary Parallel Relationships between WTO and RTA

复杂因素导致WTO成员方无法从中获益更多而转向区域贸易协定(RTA),虽推动了RTA的蓬勃发展,但却导致区域贸易协定与多边贸易体制之间产生了冲突。本文针对区域贸易协定在多边贸易体制实施中存在的困境,提出了针对WTO与RTA互补平行关系以及WTO相关规则的改革路径。

Complicated factors have prevented WTO members from benefiting more and turned to regional trade agreements(RTA),which promoted the vigorous boom of RTA,but has also led to conflicts between regional trade agreements and the multilateral trading system.This paper addresses the dilemma in the implementation of multilateral trading system,this article proposes a reform path for the complementary and parallel relationships between WTO and RTA and related WTO rules.
