摘要
高标准农田建设项目是提高耕地质量、增加耕地产量、提升农户收入的重要途径。为了更好地建设高标准农田项目,需要对其进行项目后评价。本文通过建立高标准农田项目后评价指标体系,并选取兵团九十团高标准农田建设项目进行了应用分析,根据分析结果对高质量建设高标准农田项目提出建议。
High-standard farmland construction projects are an important way to improve the farmland quality,increase farmland yield,and farmers’income.In order to construct better high-standard farmland projects,project post-evaluation is highly necessary.This paper establishes a project post-evaluation index system for high-standard farmland projects,and selects high-standard farmland construction projects of the 90th Regiment of the Corps to conduct an application analysis.According to the results of the analysis,suggestions on the high-quality construction of high-standard farmland projects are put forward.
