Design and Realization of Human Resource Information Management System

基于我国企业人力资源管理发展的需要,本文以解决人事管理中信息系统过于陈旧、系统功能模块较单一等问题为目标,运用IDEA开发工具及MySQL数据库,设计了一套由员工信息、组织人事架构、部门管理等主要模块组成的人力资源信息管理系统。

Based on the development needs of human resource management of enterprises in China,this article aims to solve the problems of outdated information systems and single system function modules in personnel management.Using IDEA development tools and MySQL database,a set of human resource information management systems are designed which consist of staff information,organization and personnel structure,department management and other main modules.
