本文对基于学科竞赛驱动的创新创业人才培养面临的机遇和挑战进行分析,阐述了完善学科竞赛的要点,即增加助力并科学管理、打造开放性实践平台、形成优质的教师队伍、号召学生进行参与。总结电气电子类专业电赛的组织经验,应建立健全的电气电子类竞赛机制,构建开放型实验平台,把学科竞赛和绩效构建联系,并进一步明确人才培养机制的关键点。

This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents driven by discipline competitions,and elaborates the key points of improving discipline competitions,namely,strengthening assistance and scientific management,creating an open practice platform,forming a high-quality teaching stuff,and calling on students to participate.Summarizing the experience of organizing electrical and electronic professional competitions,establishing a sound electrical and electronic competition mechanism,constructing an open experimental platform,linking subject competition with performance,and further clarifies the key points of the talent training mechanism.
