摘要
现代学徒制人才培养是现代职业教育体系发展和产业结构调整、企业转型升级的最佳选择。本文在分析当前产教融合背景下现代学徒制存在的问题的基础上,对如何科学构建现代学徒制人才培养质量保障体系的相关内容进行了积极探讨。
Modern apprenticeship model is the optimal choice for the development of modern vocational education system,industrial structure adjustment,and enterprise transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the modern apprenticeship model under the current background of the integration of production and education,this article mainly discusses how to scientifically construct the modern apprenticeship talent training quality guarantee system.
