网络强国战略下提升互联网舆论治理水平的策略

Strategies for Improving the Level of Internet Public Opinion Governance under the Strategy of Network Power

网络强国战略思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。网络强国战略的提出和形成新形势下做好网络舆论治理工作提供了科学指引。本文从网络强国战略下网络舆论治理的四个内在逻辑出发,分析梳理了网络强国建设中面临的主要挑战,并从坚持党管互联网、打造网格化综治体系、充分应用新兴技术、尊重传播规律、讲好中国故事五个方面,提出了加快推进网络强国建设水平的对策建议。

The strategy of developing into a country with great network power is an important component of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The proposal and formation of the strategy provides scientific guidance for the governance of network public opinion under the new situation.Starting from the four internal logic of network public opinion governance under the network power strategy,this article analyzes and sorts out the main challenges China faced in the construction of a network power,and starts from the five aspects of adherence to the party's management of the Internet,the creation of a grid-based comprehensive governance system,the full application of newly emerging technologies,follow the rules of communication,and telling the Chinese story well,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the construction of a network power.
