摘要
为了有效提高建筑渣土的综合利用率和附加值,以工程渣土为主要原料,水泥、石灰和增强剂为无机结合料,通过压制成型制备渣土免烧砖,在80℃下蒸汽养护24 h,以抗压强度为指标,研究无机结合料配合比对免烧砖性能的影响。结果表明,无机结合料最佳配比为:水泥75.2%、生石灰18.8%、增强剂6%。采用最佳配比制备的渣土免烧砖7 d抗压强度为15.09 MPa,吸水率为9.8%,软化系数为0.85,冻后抗压强度为14.20 MPa,满足JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》MU15要求。
Using building waste as the main raw materials,cement,lime and reinforcing agent as inorganic bonded materials,the unburned bricks were prepared by compression molding in order to effectively improve the comprehensive utilization rate and added value of building waste.Steam curing at 80℃for 24 h,the compressive strength were tested to determine the influence of the mixing ratio of inorganic bonded materials such as cement,lime and silica fume on the performance of this unfired brick.The results show that the best mixing ratio of inorganic bonded materials is 75.2%of cement,18.8%of lime and 6%of reinforcing agent.The 7 d compressive strength,water absorption rate,softening coefficient and frozen compressive strength after freezing of the unburned bricks prepared with the best ratio reach 15.09 MPa,9.8%,0.85 and 14.20 MPa respectively,which meet the requirements of JC/T 422-2007“Non-fired rubbish gangue brick”MU15 standard.
