摘要
以赤泥部分替代水泥制备混凝土,研究赤泥细度及掺量、半水脱硫石膏掺量、减水剂种类对赤泥基混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,减小赤泥细度可提升胶凝活性,有利于提高赤泥基混凝土抗压强度,赤泥最佳细度为0.6 mm,最佳掺量范围为10%~20%;半水脱硫石膏对赤泥的胶凝活性激发作用显著,明显提升赤泥基混凝土抗压强度,但石膏掺量不宜过大,以3%~4%为宜;三聚氰胺系减水剂可在保证赤泥基混凝土抗压强度的同时显著提升混凝土流动性能。
Using red mud to replace part of cement and mix into concrete,we study the effect of red mud fineness and content,the dosage of hemihydrate desulfurized gypsum,type and dosage of water reducer on the concrete properties.The results show that reducing the fineness of red mud can increase the gelling activity,which is beneficial to increase the compressive strength of red mud-based concrete,the optimal fineness is 0.6 mm,and the optimal range of mixing is 10%-20%.Hemihydrate desulfurized gypsum has a significant stimulating effect on the gelation activity of red mud in the test,the compressive strength of red mud-based concrete has increased significantly,the amount of gypsum should not be too much,3%-4%is appropriate.Melamine water reducer can significantly improve the flow property of red mud-based concrete while ensuring the compression strength of the concrete.
