三种课例研究中的小学STEM教师能力发展研究 被引量:3

摘要 小学STEM教育实践中逐渐形成了直接使用外来课例、实践改进外来课例、教师自主研发课例三种研究类型。三种课例研究中的小学STEM教师在STEM教育价值理解、STEM学科基础、跨学科理解与实践、STEM课例选择与设计、STEM课例实施与反思五方面能力均获得一定提升。教师力量贡献度、参与动机性、课例创新度、社会资源获得度等因素影响了教师能力不同程度的发展。建议通过丰富课例研究参与人员,解决教师研究难题;三种课例研究兼容并蓄,助力教师能力发展;合理利用三种课例研究,推动教师角色转型;鼓励年轻教师积极参与,激发教师自主发展意识等,从而通过课例研究、促进教师STEM能力提升。 In the practice of STEM education in primary school,there are three types of lesson studies:direct using external lessons,practice improving external lessons and teacher autonomous creating lessons.The STEM teachers abilities get some promotions in the five aspects of STEM educational value understanding,STEM discipline foundation,interdisciplinary understanding and practice,STEM lesson selection and design,implementation and reflection.Among the three types,there are some factors that influence the teachers abilities development in different degrees such as the contribution of teachers strength,the motivation of participation,the innovation of lessons and the acquisition of social resources.Therefore,in order to promote teachers STEM abilities through lesson studies,we can enrich the participants to solve the teachers study problems,make three lesson studies compatible to help teachers to develop their abilities,make rational use of three lesson studies to promote teachers role transformation,encourage the youth to participate actively to stimulate the consciousness of autonomous development.
