微创双切口在腕管综合征治疗中的应用

Application effec of small incision on the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome

目的探讨微创双切口治疗腕管综合征的治疗效果及安全性。方法2016年10月-2018年11月收治35例腕管综合征患者,其中20例大鱼际肌萎缩、捏力下降伴对掌功能障碍,均采用微创双切口治疗,术后评价疗效和安全性,并进行随访观察。结果术后患者均无血管、肌腱及神经损伤,无血肿、弓弦状畸形等发生,平均随访2年,20例大鱼际肌萎缩得到明显改善,无瘢痕挛缩、烧灼样感和掌侧痛等症状发生。结论微创双切口治疗腕管综合征创伤小,恢复快,效果明显,疗效满意。

Objective To summarize on the clinical value of small incision in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods A total of 35 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome admitted to our hospital between June 2016 and June 2018 were reviewed.These patients underwent small incision operation.Results There was no injury of blood vessels tendons and nerves,there was no hematoma or arcuate deformly.The awerage follow-up was 2 years,the thenar muscle atroply was signficantly improved,no scar contracture,burning sensation and palmar pain occured in all 20 cases.Conclusion Small incision for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome may achieve remarkable curative effect as reflected by shorter operation time,less blood loss and fewer complications,and therefore is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
