“股前外诗”切取法在双穿支游离股前外侧皮瓣中的应用

A new operation method of Guqianwaishi for free anterolateral thigh flap with two perforators

目的探讨“股前外诗”切取法在双穿支游离股前外侧皮瓣中的临床应用及效果。方法2015年10月-2020年1月,对7例创面缺损患者采用“股前外诗”切取法切取双穿支游离股前外侧皮瓣进行修复。结果7例皮瓣均顺利切取成功,皮瓣切取时间65~122 min(平均87.9 min),术后7例皮瓣完全成活,创面一期愈合。7例皮瓣获得6~27个月随访(平均11.6个月),皮瓣外形满意,无破溃,肢体功能良好。结论“股前外诗”切取法是一种良好的手术方法,切取双穿支游离股前外侧皮瓣可以修复多种复杂缺损,手术安全、便捷、高效,皮瓣成活率高,值得临床推广。

Objective To report the srugical techniques and clinic result of a new operation method of Guqianwaishi for anterolateral thigh flap with two perforators.Methods From October 2015 to January 2020,7 cases of soft tissue defects were involved.All defects were repaired by free anterolateral thigh flap with two perforators by a new operation methond of Guqianwaishi.Results All operations successfully completed.7 flaps were obtained within 65 to 122 minutes(mean 87.9 minutes).Seven flaps survived and defects healed by first intention.7 patients were followed-up for 6 to 27 months(mean 11.6 months).No patients lost follow-up.All flaps have no ulceration.The functional and cosmetic outcomes of 7 cases were excellent.Conclusion The new operation method of Guqianwaishi is a good way to obtain anterolateral thigh flap.It can meet requirement of difformity flaps and vairous complex defects,get high safety,get high convenience and efficiency,get high surrival rate.It is worth for clinical use.
