水利水电工程混凝土拌和系统的设计

摘要 在水利水电工程中,混凝土的质量直接决定着整个工程的质量与使用寿命,关系到人民生命财产的安危以及工程的建设成本,是工程质量控制的重中之重。文章阐述了混凝土拌和系统设计的内容、依据和要考虑的因素,并结合某水电站主体工程实例,从混凝土生产系统、骨料储运系统、胶凝材料储运系统、空压机系统、外加剂系统等方面详细介绍混凝土拌和系统设计和布置,提出拌和系统运行的主要控制要求,并对系统运行情况进行了评价。该设计思路,对类似的混凝土拌和系统的设计和布置有一定的参考意义。 In water conservancy and hydropower engineerings,the quality of concrete directly determines the quality and service life of the whole project,which is related to the safety of people's life and property and the construction cost of the project,and is the top priority of engineering quality control.This paper expounds the content,basis and factors to be considered in the design of concrete mixing system.Combined with the main project of a hydropower station,the design and layout of concrete mixing system are introduced in detail from the aspects of concrete production system,aggregate storage and transportation system,cementitious material storage and transportation system,air compressor system and admixture system.The main control requirements of mixing system operation are put forward,and the operation of the system is evaluated.This design idea has a certain reference significance for the design and layout of similar concrete mixing system.
