摘要
以某水电站引水隧洞衬砌施工为例,文章阐述了底拱采用针梁式台车、边顶拱采用钢模台车的组合施工方式的施工工艺和混凝土浇筑控制措施。该施工模式的应用可减少混凝土浇筑断面,使施工更为简便,并取得较好的成效,为在类似工程中的推广应用积累了宝贵的经验。
Taking the lining construction of intake tunnel of a hydropower station as an example,this paper expounds the construction technology and concrete pouring control measures of the combined construction mode of needle beam trolley for bottom arch and steel formwork trolley for side and top arch.The application of this construction mode can reduce the concrete pouring section,make the construction more simple,and achieve better results,which accumulates valuable experience for the popularization and application of similar projects.
