流水作业在那吉航运枢纽抢修工程施工中的应用

摘要 那吉航运枢纽由于受多年过流冲刷影响,消力池和海漫的混凝土底板遭到大面积破坏,纵向围堰兼导墙基础不均匀沉降导致导墙开裂倾斜,随时面临损毁的可能。但受新冠肺炎疫情等影响,技改抢修项目施工工期严重滞后。为确保项目安全度汛,抢修单位采取“多区平行施工,各区流水作业”的施工方法,科学地划分作业面,合理布置施工现场,实现流水作业,以加快施工进度。通过科学的施工部署,采取有效的流水作业施工措施,最终实现提前半个月完工的工期节点目标,确保了那吉航运枢纽运行安全和安全度汛。 Due to the influence of over-current scour for many years,the concrete floor of the stilling pool and sea diffuse are damaged in large area.The uneven settlement of the longitudinal cofferdam and guide wall foundation causes the guide wall to crack and tilt,and it is likely to be damaged at any time.However,due to COVID-19,the construction period of technical renovation and repair projects is seriously lagging.In order to ensure the safety of the project during the flood season,the emergency repair unit adopts the construction method of“multi area parallel construction,flow operation in each area”,scientifically divides the working surface,reasonably arranges the construction site,realizes the flow operation,so as to speed up the construction progress.Through scientific construction deployment and effective flow operation construction measures,the construction period node goal of half a month ahead of schedule is finally achieved,which ensures the operation safety and safe flood season of Naji Navigation Junction.
