摘要
结合黄金坪水电站引水隧洞塌方情况,笔者分析了塌方原因,提出了塌方处理原则和处理措施。通过采用钢筋台车加顶部防护作为施工平台,采用喷射C25钢纤维混凝土进行基岩面封闭、20a型工字钢作为钢支撑并用C25钢纤维混凝土喷平填实、空腔回填混凝土和回填灌浆的施工方法进行塌方处理,安全快速地完成了塌方段施工。安全监测数据表明,塌方段围岩整体稳定,证明了该处理措施的可行性和有效性,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
Combined with the collapse of the intake tunnel of Huangjinping Hydropower Station,the causes of the collapse are analyzed,and the collapse treatment principles and measures are put forward.By using the reinforcement trolley and top protection as the construction platform,spraying C25 steel fiber concrete for bedrock surface sealing,20 a I-beam steel as support,spraying C25 steel fiber concrete for leveling and filling,cavity backfill concrete and backfill grouting,the collapse section construction is completed safely and quickly.The safety monitoring data show that the surrounding rock of the collapse section is stable as a whole,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the treatment measures,and can provide reference for similar projects.
