Productive Experimental Study on Rockfill Material Blasting of Spillway

为保证大坝填筑堆石料的质量,提高有用料开采率,笔者通过对爆破方式、爆破规模、单位耗药量、孔网布置、装药结构、起爆网络等参数进行了现场生产性爆破试验,以及对爆破料进行筛分试验,并结合爆破理论和经验对试验结果进行分析,确定了爆破参数,对堆石料开采施工具有一定的指导意义。

In order to ensure the quality of rockfill materials for dam filling and improve the mining rate of useful materials,field productive blasting tests were carried out on the parameters such as blasting mode,blasting scale,unit charge consumption,hole network layout,charge structure and initiation network,and screening tests were carried out on the blasting materials.Combined with blasting theory and experience,the test results were analyzed to determine the blasting parameters,which has certain guiding significance for the mining and construction of rockfill materials.
