模块化编组在地质灾害救援中的应用

摘要 由于地质灾害本身的偶然性、突发性和衍生性,应急救援环境恶劣、条件受限,严重影响救援人员自身安全。基于模块化理论,结合地质灾害的特点,笔者提出了模块化编组方案,介绍了模块化编组的目的、特征、原则以及在地质灾害救援中的应用。应用实践证明,模块化编组能将观测、预警、处置融为一体,有效提升救援人员的自身安全,提高一线作业层风险管控与应急处置能力。 Because of the contingency,emergency and derivative of geological disaster,the emergency rescue environment is bad and the conditions are limited,which seriously affects the safety of rescue personnel.Based on the theory of modularization,combined with the characteristics of geologic hazards,the modularization grouping scheme is proposed,and the purpose,characteristics,principles and application in geologic hazard rescue are introduced.The application practice has proved that modularization grouping can integrate observation,early warning and disposal,effectively improve the safety of rescue personnel,and improve the risk control and emergency disposal ability of front-line operation layer.
