摘要
目的提升郁金质控标准。方法在确定四种郁金共有药效成分的基础上,采用薄层色谱法对四种郁金饮片中的共有药效物质莪术烯醇进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定四种郁金饮片中莪术烯醇的含量。结果四种郁金饮片TLC色谱均检出莪术烯醇,四种基源郁金饮片莪术烯醇含量有显著差异。结论莪术烯醇为四种郁金饮片共有药效成分,可将莪术烯醇作为郁金的质控指标之一,建立的TLC鉴别和含量测定方法,用于填补《中国药典》无对照品鉴别和含量测定的空白。
Objective To improve the quality control standard of Curcumae Radix.Methods Based on determining the common active ingredient,curcumol was used as the common pharmacodynamic substance to identify the four kinds of Curcumae Radix pieces by TLC.The content of curcumol in four kinds of Curcumae Radix pieces was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results Four kinds of Curcumae Radix pieces all have curcumol which was identified by TLC,and the contents of curcumol determined by HPLC were different.Conclusion Curcuminol is the common pharmacodynamic substance in four kinds of curcumae radix pieces which can be used as one of the quality control indexes.The established TLC method for the identification and determination of HPLC can be used to fill the blanks of no reference substance in identification and content determination.
