《伤寒杂病论》中慢性应激致胃肠功能紊乱相关证候浅析

A Brief Analysis of Related Syndromes of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Caused by Chronic Stress in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

慢性应激是机体在长期缓慢的外界环境及工作压力的刺激下产生的一种生理及心理障碍,它已成为引起胃肠功能紊乱的重要病因之一。文章采用文献分析法,从症状学的角度对《伤寒杂病论》中论及情志及胃肠症状的条文进行梳理,总结了《伤寒杂病论》中慢性应激致胃肠功能紊乱相关证候的病理特点和发展演变趋势,归纳出五行生克,脏腑相关的辨证思想及抑木扶土,疏肝和胃的辨治规律。该研究对于继承和发扬脏腑相关理论,提高临床辨治此类疾病的能力和临床疗效具有重要作用。

Chronic stress refers to a physiological and psychological disorder caused by chronic and slow external environment and mental stress.It has become one of the important causes affecting gastrointestinal function.By means of literature analysis method,from the perspective of symptomology,comb the articles on emotional stress affecting gastrointestinal symptoms in The Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Zhang Zhongjing revealed the pathological characteristics and development trend of the related syndromes of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chronic stress,from the perspective of Syndrome differentiation of six meridians and Zangfu.It is very important for us to inherit and carry forward the related theories of Zangfu organs and improve the ability of clinical differentiation and treatment of such diseases and clinical efficacy.
