20×10^(4)t/a硫磺回收装置液硫池废气回收技术应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 为降低硫磺回收装置排放烟气中SO_(2)质量浓度,对装置进行工艺技术改造,分别将液硫池废气引入克劳斯炉和加氢反应器,从工艺原理、技术改造投入、运行效果、能耗等方面对两套工艺进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:①液硫池废气入克劳斯炉工艺虽然运行能耗较高,但减排效果明显、工艺运行稳定、能够保证液硫产品质量合格;②液硫池废气入加氢反应器工艺同样具备减排效果,运行能耗低,但因受急冷塔出口氢气含量的限制,无法充分发挥抗氧型低温加氢催化剂的节能效果,抗上游波动、防SO_(2)穿透能力下降。 In order to reduce the SO_(2)mass concentration in the emitted flue gas of sulfur recovery unit,the process and technical transformation of the unit were carried out.The waste gas from liquid sulfur pool was introduced into Claus furnace and hydrogenation reactor respectively.The comparison and analysis of the two processes were carried out from the aspects of process principle,technical transformation input,operation effect and energy consumption.The results showed that:(1)although the operation energy consumption of waste gas from liquid sulfur pool into Claus furnace was high,the emission reduction effect was obvious,the process operation was stable,and the quality of liquid sulfur products could be guaranteed;(2)the process of liquid sulfur pool waste gas into hydrogenation reactor also had the effect of emission reduction and low energy consumption.However,due to the limitation of hydrogen content at the outlet of quench tower,the energy-saving effect of oxygen resistant low-temperature hydrogenation catalyst could not be fully utilized,and the ability to resist upstream fluctuation and prevent SO_(2)penetration decreased.
