补肾填精方治疗老年耳聋耳鸣肾精亏损证的临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Tianjing Fang(补肾填精方) in Senile Deafness and Tinnitus of Kidney Essence Deficiency Syndrome

目的:分析补肾填精方治疗老年耳聋耳鸣肾精亏损证的临床疗效。方法:纳入120例老年耳聋耳鸣肾精亏损证患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊和银杏达莫注射液治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予补肾填精方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后耳鸣严重程度、氧化应激指标[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]、生活质量(精神健康、情感职能、生命活力、社会功能、总体健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、生理功能),对比两组不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后耳鸣严重程度均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后比较,治疗组患者耳鸣严重程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清T-AOC、GSH-Px、SOD水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),血清MDA水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后比较,治疗组患者血清T-AOC、GSH-Px、SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清MDA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后精神健康、生命活力、社会功能、总体健康、生理职能、生理功能评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后比较,治疗组患者精神健康、生命活力、总体健康、生理职能、生理功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后情感职能、躯体疼痛评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:在常规治疗基础上给予补肾填精方治疗,可以显著减轻老年耳聋耳鸣肾精亏损证患者耳鸣严重程度和氧化应激反应,改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Tianjing Fang in senile deafness and tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with senile deafness and tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency syndrome were enrolled,and they were divided into a control and a treatment groups according to a random number table,60 cases in each group.Patients were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and ginkgo-damole injection in the control group,and patients in the treatment group were treated by Bushen Tianjing Fang on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The severity of tinnitus,oxidative stress index[total antioxidation(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and life quality[mental health,emotional function,vitality,social function,general health,physiological function,physical pain and physiological function]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the severity of tinnitus decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed lower severity of tinnitus than control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of serum MDA decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group showed higher levels of serum T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD than control group(P<0.05),while lower levels of serum MDA than control group(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,life vitality,social function,general health,physiological function and physiological function scores increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed higher mental health,life vitality,general health,physiological function and physiological function scores than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in emotional function and physical pain score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Bushen Tianjing Fang can significantly reduce the severity of tinnitus and oxidative stress in senile deafness and tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency syndrome,and improve the quality of life.
