本文分析了我国企业的创新投入现状,从市场机制、财政税收制度、知识产权制度三方面研究影响企业创新投入的制度因素,围绕我国制度变迁过程,以新制度经济学角度对我国创新制度提出意见与建议,以期为我国经济转型升级、国家综合实力提升提供有效参考。

This paper analyzes the status quo of enterprise innovation input in our country,studies the institutional factors that affect enterprise innovation input from market mechanism,fiscal taxation system and intellectual property system.Based on the institutional change process of enterprise innovation in our country,it puts forward some opinions and suggestions on enterprise innovation system from the perspective of new institutional economics,hoping to provide effective reference for economic transformation and upgrading and national comprehensive strength promotion.
