摘要
本文对清华大学校友的捐赠意愿进行实证研究,对校友地域来源、单位性质、社会地位、大学文化和教育满意度五大影响因素进行建模,并通过教育社会学进行分析。研究发现,校友在企业的职位越高,捐赠意愿越强;校友对大学文化越认同,捐赠意愿越强;校友对学校教育满意度越高,捐赠意愿越强。研究建议,要加强对年轻校友的培养;要加强大学文化的认同培育;要提高学校教育满意度;要关注来自企业的校友捐赠。
This paper conducts an empirical study on the donation willingness of Tsinghua University alumni,models five influencing factors of alumni's geographical origin,unit nature,social status,university culture and educational satisfaction,and analyzes them through the sociology of education.The results show that the higher the position of alumni in the enterprise,the stronger the willingness to donate,the more alumni agrees with university culture,the stronger their willingness to donate,the higher the alumni's educational satisfaction,the stronger their willingness to donate.It suggests that if it is to increase the willingness of alumni to donate,colleges and universities should pay more attention to young alumni,cultivate students'recognition of university culture,improve educational satisfaction,and pay attention to corporate alumni.
