后脱贫时代河南省农村已脱贫人口返贫风险及对策研究

Study on the Risk and Countermeasure of Returning to Povertyin Rural Areas of Henan Province in Post - Poverty Era

本文以河南省农村已脱贫人口为研究对象,通过对村两委干部的访谈,调研已脱贫家庭,分析其存在返贫风险的类型及原因,提出消除返贫风险的对策与建议,为进一步巩固脱贫攻坚成果、助力乡村振兴、建立和完善河南省防返贫机制提供思路。

Taking the rural people of Henan Province who have been lifted out of poverty as the research object,this paper analyzes the type and reason of the risk of returning to poverty through the interview with village committee cadres and the investigation of families out of poverty,proposes countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate the risk of returning to poverty,so as to provide ideas for further consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,helping rural revitalization,establishing and perfecting anti-poverty mechanism in Henan Province.
