新时代,传承发展乡贤文化,在涵育文明新风、实现乡村振兴及建设新阶段现代化美好安徽中具有重大意义。当前,安徽省在乡贤文化传承中积累了不少有益经验,探索了不少好办法,但仍然面临着政府重视程度不够、文化价值内涵尚未深挖、乡贤流失比较严重、体制机制不健全等问题。为此,地方政府应从不断完善乡贤文化建设的顶层设计、深挖文化价值内涵、实施乡贤回归工程、不断完善体制机制等方面着手,传承发展乡贤文化,为新时代乡村全面振兴和经济社会高质量发展积聚强大精神力量。

In the new era,the inheritance and development of Xiangxian culture is of great significance in cultivating the new style of civilization,realizing rural revitalization,and building a modern and beautiful Anhui in the new stage.At present,Anhui Province has accumulated a lot of good experience and explored many good methods in the cultural inheritance of rural sages.However,it still faces some problems,such as the government's insufficient attention,cultural value connotation has not been deeply explored,the loss of rural superiors is relatively serious,the system and mechanism are not sound.Therefore,local governments should continue to improve the top-level design of the construction of rural virtuous culture,dig deeper into the connotation of cultural value,implement the project of returning to the rural virtuous,and continuously improve the system and mechanism,so as to inherit and develop the culture of the rural virtuous,and accumulate strong spiritual forces for the overall revitalization of the countryside in the new era and the high-quality economic and social development.
