摘要
在分析开放街道地图(OpenStreetMap, OSM)数据特征的基础上构建了一个新颖的数据质量评估框架,该框架包括具体的评估指标、评估模型和评估流程。采用层次分析法确定了各个评估指标的权重,并使用ArcGIS评估昆明市OSM数据集的质量。结果表明,昆明市OSM数据质量一般,仅可在日常生活中应用,不太适合专业的科研领域。
A novel data quality assessment framework is proposed based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of OpenStreetMap(OSM),including detailed quality assessment indicators, assessment models and assessment process. Then, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to determine the weight of every indicator and the quality of Kunming OSM dataset is assessed by ArcGIS. The results show that the data quality of Kunming OSM data is mediocre, which can only be applied to daily life and is not suitable for professional research fields.
