基于POI数据的广场功能研究——以兰州市城关区为例

摘要 基于ArcGIS中的网络分析法,选取兰州市城关区东方红广场、五泉下广场和万达广场构建沿不同等级交通线的1 min、1.5 min、3 min 3个缓冲区圈层,同时统计不同缓冲区内居住设施、公共管理与公共服务设施和商业设施三大类兴趣点(point of interest, POI)数据的数量与占比。结果显示,东方红广场的交通条件最好,3 min内沿交通线覆盖的服务区最多;总体来看,商业设施、公共管理与公共服务设施和居住设施密度最高的分别是万达广场、东方红广场、五泉下广场;东方红广场和五泉下广场3类设施占比均匀,万达广场居住功能较弱;各类设施分布具有圈层特点,距离广场中心越近,商业设施密度越大,居住设施密度越小。 Based on the network analysis method in ArcGIS,we select three squares as the research objects(Dongfanghong Square, Wuquanxia Square and Wanda Square in Chengguan District, Lanzhou City) and construct three buffer la-yers along different classes of traffic lines with 1 min, 1. 5 min, 3 min buffer zone. Meanwhile, the number and proportion of point of interest(POI) data which includes residential facilities, administration and public services facilities, commercial facilities in different buffer zones are counted. The results show that Dongfanghong Square occupies the best traffic conditions and covers the most service areas along the traffic line within 3 minutes. Wanda Square, Dongfanghong Square and Wuquanxia Square have the greatest density in commercial facilities, administration and public services facilities, residential facilities, respectively. The proportions of the three-kind facilities in Dongfanghong Square and Wuquanxia Square are almost same, while the residential function of Wanda Square is weak. The distribution of all kinds of facilities has the characteristics of circle. The closer to the center of the square, the greater the density of commercial and business facilities and the smaller the density of residential facilities.
