基于灰色层次分析法的航天搜救行动能力评估

Space Search and Rescue Operation Capability Evaluation Based on Gray Analytic Hierarchy Process

为分析影响航天搜救行动能力中的主要因素,采用基于灰色层次分析法的航天搜救行动能力评估。从指挥控制、快速反应、救援处置和综合保障四个方面建立评价指标体系和评估模型,利用层次分析法确定各级评价指标的权重。结果显示,航天搜救行动能力处于较好的水平,表明航天搜救行动能力还有很大的进步空间,特别是综合保障能力的提高。通过对评价结果的分析,提出了应对措施,对指导未来航天搜救行动能力发展具有重要作用。

In order to analyze the main factors affecting the space search and rescue operation capability,the space search and rescue operation capability assessment based on gray analytic hierarchy process is adopted.The evaluation index system and evaluation model are established from four aspects of command and control,rapid response,rescue disposal and comprehensive sup⁃port,and the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels are determined by AHP.The results show that the capability of space search and rescue operations is at a good level,indicating that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the capability of space search and rescue operations,especially the improvement of the comprehensive support capability.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,the countermeasures are put forward,which has important guiding significance for the capacity building of space search and rescue operations in the future.
