摘要
针对导弹保障能力评估指标复杂,影响因素多的特点,采用模糊层次分析法进行某型导弹保障能力评估。通过分析保障能力评估的主要环节和某型导弹保障相关因素,确定了保障能力评估指标体系内容,综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,将评估指标体系结构划分成不同递阶层级,各指标的权重运用层次分析法进行确定,然后运用模糊综合评价法对不同层级进行综合评价,得到最终的综合评价结果。该方法克服了导弹保障能力评估指标复杂,部分指标属性难以定量衡量的困难,为科学评估导弹保障能力提供了新方法。
Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is utilized in missile support ability evaluation,considering the complex index system and large amount of factors.Firstly indices for evaluation are determined by analyzing process of support capability evaluation and factors on support of one certain type missile.Then indices are classified hierarchically,and weight of indices are de⁃termined with AHP.Finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is utilized for hierarchical evaluation and final result.This meth⁃od overcomes the difficulties of complex evaluation indexes of missile support ability and the difficulty of quantitative measurement of some index attributes,and provides a new method for scientific evaluation of missile support capability.
