基于TOPSIS-RSR的导弹作战单元侦察能力评估

Reconnaissance Capability Evaluation of Missile Combat Unit Based on TOPSIS-RSR

为解决影响导弹作战单元侦察能力的突出问题,提高部队战斗力,针对决策者在实际中需要对多个作战单元进行侦察能力定性评估以及能力排序的实际情况,提出了基于TOPSIS-RSR的评估决策方法。建立导弹作战单元侦察能力指标体系,提出基于TOPSIS-RSR的评估方法步骤,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,并结合某导弹部队不同作战单元进行侦察能力评估与排序。结果表明:该方法能够解决多个作战单元侦察能力评估和排序问题,对导弹作战单元侦察能力评估具有较好的指导作用,能够为决策人员提供参考,具有一定的实用价值。

In order to solve the outstanding problems that affect the reconnaissance capability of missile forces and improve the combat effectiveness of the forces,TOPSIS-RSR based evaluation and decision-making method is proposed in view of the fact that the index system is complex,the index data standards are different and the qualitative evaluation and capability sequencing of multiple combat units are needed in the actual combat.The reconnaissance capability index system of the combat unit of missile force is established,the evaluation method based on TOPSIS-RSR is proposed,the index weight by AHP is determined,and the reconnaissance capability of different combat units of a missile force is evaluated and ranked.The results show that this method can solve the problem of reconnaissance capability evaluation and ranking of multiple combat units,which has a good guiding role for the evaluation of combat unit reconnaissance capability of missile forces,can provide some reference for decision-makers,and has a certain practical value.
