摘要
为了更好地应对5G通信对智能手机移动终端天线的单元数量与隔离度要求,提出了一应用于sub-6G的宽频带8单元高隔离度多进多出(MIMO)天线组。在排列于介质壁上的距离仅为5.5mm(0.101λ0,5.5GHz)的天线对中引入了去耦枝节,有效地遏制了两个天线单元之间的耦合电流。利用相同的去耦枝节结构也实现了相邻天线对之间的隔离。最终4组天线对(8单元)内各单元间的隔离度超过了16d B,能够覆盖宽频带4.8GHz~6.3GHz(反射系数<-6d B),总效率达到54%~78%。天线的其他MIMO指标也被给出,详细阐述了其设计过程与参数影响,对单手持天线模式下的天线性能也进行了讨论,以更好地模拟出实际应用中的天线稳定性。相关结果表明该文设计的天线在宽带带宽内表现出良好的隔离度特性,并具有良好的MIMO性能与抗干扰能力,是5G智能手机天线的良好模型。
To satisfy the demand of 5G communication to smartphone terminal antennas in element quantity and isolation,an eight-element wideband MIMO antenna set of high-isolation level is proposed.Decoupled stub is implemented into the close-arranged antenna pair whose interval distance is merely 5.5mm(0.1001λ0,5.5GHz),and it suppresses the coupling current effectively.Same decoupling stub structure also helps to achieve high isolation between hijack hairs.At last,elements of the four pairs(eight elements)achieve isolation of more than 16dB,covering 4.8GHz~6.3GHz(reflection coefficient<-6dB)with total efficiency of 54%~78%.The other MIMO performances are also calculated,the design process is discussed in detail,single hand holding mode is also discussed to demonstrate its stability in practical application.
