摘要
为了实现仓储货物运输和紧急路障处理,设计了一种基于Android和STM32的无线遥控叉车系统。无线遥控叉车系统由单片机主控模块、传感器信息处理模块、电机驱动模块、报警模块、充电模块、通讯模块、安卓APP信息交互模块组成。首先,概述了叉车系统构成,并从电源模块、通信模块和IO模块等方面介绍了硬件设计;其次,从自定义的操控盘原理、心跳机制和用户交互模块及其通讯等方面详细说明了软件设计;最后,通过通讯实验和可靠性实验,验证了无线遥控叉车的性能。
In order to realize the storage of goods transportation and emergency roadblock processing,wireless remote control forklift system based on Android and STM32 is designed in this paper.The wireless remote control forklift system is composed of MCU main control module,sensor information processing module,motor drive module,alarm module,charging module,communication module and Android App information interaction module.In the first place,the structure of forklift system is summarized,and the hardware design is introduced from power module,communication module and digital I/O module.In the next place,the software design is described in detail from the principle of customized control panel,heartbeat mechanism,user interaction module and communication.Finally,the performance of the wireless remote control forklift is verified by the communication experiment and reliability experiment.
