《编审通讯》对中小学教材编写的若干启示

Some Implications of the Editorial Review Newsletter for the Development of Primary and Secondary School Textbooks

中国国家图书馆藏华北人民政府教育部教科书编审委员会编辑出版的内部刊物《编审通讯》(第一、二期)出版于1949年8、9月间,记录着新中国成立之前我国中小学教科书的编审情况,包括提出教科书编审中遇到的问题和困难,也刊载读者的建议与批评,从中可以看出教科书受到高度重视的程度,以及教科书编审前辈们严谨认真的工作态度,能给我们今天的教科书编审工作以深刻启示:中小学教科书编审工作意义重大,是国家事权,相关机构从业人员须常怀敬畏之心,树立精品意识和服务意识。

The first and second issues of Editorial Review Newsletter,which was an internal publication of the Textbook Editorial Committee of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Government of North China and collected in the National Library,were published in August and September 1949,recording the editorial review of primary and secondary school textbooks in China before the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It not only presents the problems and difficulties encountered in textbook editing and reviewing,but also contains readers’suggestions and criticisms,from which we can see how highly textbooks were valued and the rigorous and serious working attitude of textbook editors and reviewers in the past.It can give us a profound inspiration for the textbook review work today:the textbook review work of primary and secondary schools is of great significance and is a state affair,and the practitioners of the relevant institutions must always have a sense of respect and establish a sense of service.
