数字经济的快速发展使传统加工业发生重大变革。在降低加工成本、提高生产效率、提升解决加工过程中问题的能力和终端需求导向生产方式转变的需求下,农产品加工业正逐步由传统模式向智能加工转变。在转变的过程中,我国农产品智能加工存在许多问题,如智能化设备产业链不完善、智能化技术自主率较低、智能化资金和人才不足等,为此,政府可以通过政策上的顶层设计解决上述问题,从而推动农产品加工业智能化升级。

The rapid development of the digital economy has caused major changes in the traditional processing industry.The agricultural product processing industry is gradually transforming from traditional models to intelligent processing under the demand of reducing processing costs,improving production efficiency,improving the ability to solve problems in the processing process,and the transformation of terminal demand-oriented production methods.In the process of transformation,many problems were found in the intelligent processing of agricultural products in our country,such as the imperfect industrial chain of intelligent equipment,the low autonomy rate of intelligent technology,and the lack of intelligent funds and talents.For this reason,the government can solve the above-mentioned problems through top-level policy design to promote the intelligent upgrading of the agricultural product processing industry.
