脑静脉窦血栓形成预后评估的影像学研究进展

Imaging analysis of prognostic evaluation of cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis

脑静脉窦血栓形成(cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis,CVST)是一种少见的颅内静脉系统疾病,随着血管内介入治疗等新技术的不断涌现及发展,亟需寻求预后评估方法以指导临床个体化治疗。基于多种影像学检查评估的脑实质病变、再通及侧支循环可有效地指导临床精准治疗,进而改善患者预后。笔者对CVST预后的影像学评估及治疗方式的选择进行综述,以期为CVST的个体化治疗提供指导依据及有效评估患者的预后。

Cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis(CVST)is a rare disease of the intracranial venous system.With the continuous emergence and development of new technologies such as endovascular therapy,prognostic assessment methods are urgently needed to guide clinical individualized therapy.Various imaging techniques can evaluate brain parenchymal lesions,recanalization,and collateral circulation efficiently,provide guidance for accurate treatments,thus to improve prognosis.This article reviews the treatment and imaging evaluation of the prognosis of CVST,in order to provide guidance for individualized treatment and effectively assess the prognosis of CVST.
