福建省绿色金融与经济高质量发展的耦合协调性研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination between Green Finance and High-Quality Economic Development in Fujian Province

通过构建综合评价指标体系,对福建省2004-2017年绿色金融和经济高质量发展水平进行测度,分析两者之间的变化趋势与耦合协调性。结果表明:在此期间,福建省绿色金融的发展水平表现为下降、上升和平稳三阶段趋势,经济高质量发展则呈现出持续上升的趋势;两者的耦合协调度在2008年达到最低值后逐渐上升,逐步实现了从勉强协调到良好协调的发展过程;从整体上来看,二者先后经历了磨合阶段(2004-2010年)和协调阶段(2011-2017年)。应完善绿色金融市场监管,推动绿色金融产品创新;积极融入“一带一路”建设,提高经济发展的质量和效益;促进金融与经济耦合协调发展。

By establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system,this paper measures the development level of green finance and high-quality economic development in Fujian province from 2004 to 2017,and analyzes the change trend and coupling coordination between them.The results show that during this period,the development level of green finance in Fujian province shows a trend of first rising and falling,then stable development,and the high-quality economic development shows a trend of continuous rising;after reaching the lowest value in 2008,the coupling coordination degree of the two gradually increased,realizing the development process from barely coordination to good coordination;on the whole,they have successively gone through the running-in stage(2004-2010)and the coordination stage(2011-2017),and at the same time,they show the trend of dynamic evolution and staggered development.It is necessary to improve the supervision of the green financial market and promote the innovation of green financial products,actively integrate into the construction of the“Belt and Road”to improve the quality and efficiency of economic development,and promote the coordinated development of finance and economy.
