摘要
环保组织公民行为对企业有效开展环境管理至关重要,其前因研究已成为焦点,但工作场所感恩对环保组织公民行为的作用却被学界所忽视。以积极情绪的拓展建构理论为研究视角,探讨工作场所感恩如何影响环保组织公民行为。实证结果显示:工作场所感恩对环保组织公民行为具有显著正向影响;心理所有权在工作场所感恩与环保组织公民行为间发挥中介作用;中庸思维正向调节工作场所感恩对环保组织公民行为的影响。企业应强化员工的工作场所感恩、提升员工对企业的心理所有权、培养员工的中庸思维,从而有效激发员工的环保组织公民行为。
Organizational citizenship behavior for the environment(OCBE)is critical for companies to effectively carry out environmental management,and its antecedent research has become the focus of current academic research.However,the influence of workplace gratitude on the citizenship behavior of environmental protection organizations has been ignored by the academic circles.This study takes the extended construction theory of positive emotions as a research perspective to explore how workplace gratitude affects the OCBE.The results show that workplace gratitude has a significant positive impact on the OCBE;psychological ownership plays an intermediary role between workplace gratitude and OCBE;the Zhongyong thinking positively regulates the influence of workplace gratitude on OCBE.Companies should strengthen employees’workplace gratitude,enhance employees’psychological ownership of the company and cultivate employees’Zhongyong thinking so as to effectively stimulate employees’OCBE.
