下片铺纸包装设备设计及应用

摘要 为适应光伏玻璃深加工生产线的生产节奏,改善下片包装操控步骤繁琐及铺纸纸张成本高的情况,根据现场需求设计了一种操作简单且效率高的铺纸包装设备。通过纸张卷料自动放卷,直线拖曳出纸,铺纸高度恒定,提高了铺纸效率,满足生产需求,实现了薄纸包装工艺。 In order to adapt to the production rhythm of the photovoltaic glass deep-processing production line,improve the cumbersome handling of packaging and the high cost of paper laying for unloading,a simple and efficient paper laying and packaging equipment was designed according to site requirements.Through paper rolls automatic unwinding,linear drag out the paper,the height of paper laying is constant,the paper laying efficiency is improved,the production demand is met,and the thin paper packaging process is realized.
