摘要
该文主要研究EPC承包模式下采购的合规管理。结合EPC承包模式下采购工作的特点和工程企业合规管理的要求,结合采购工作执行流程中存在的潜在不合规事项,从完善制度体系、建立监督机制、提高采购人员素质三方面进行了EPC承包模式下采购工作合规管理的论述。
Based on the characteristics of procurement work under EPC contract mode and the requirements of compliance management of engineering enterprises,this paper discusses the potential non-compliance issues in the execution process of procurement work from three aspects:perfecting the system,establishing supervision mechanism and improving the quality of procurement personnel.
