摘要
该文总结与回顾了成都中建材年产80 MW碲化镉发电玻璃生产线项目的EPC(Engineering Procurement and Construction)全过程,在具体分析项目特点、难点的基础上,组建了一支包含国外技术人员的项目管理团队。通过编制相适应的EPC管理模式、严格的全过程管理和控制,并针对设计、采购、施工和试运行进行了管理创新,确保了项目按期保质完成。
This article summarizes and reviews the entire EPC process of the Chengdu CNBM 80 MW cadmium telluride power generation glass production line project.On the basis of specific analysis of the characteristics and difficulties of the project,a project management team including foreign technical personnel has been established.Through the preparation of a suitable EPC management model,strict full-process management and control,and management innovation for design,procurement,construction and trial operation,the project was completed on time with guaranteed quality.
