基于MBSE的核动力装置智能化设计 被引量:6

摘要 MBSE被视为系统设计升级换代的革命性工具,近些年发展尤为迅猛,已成为近几年来系统工程界研究和应用的热点。MBSE是Model-Based System Engineering的缩写,即基于模型的系统工程。核动力装置设计作为一项跨专业和多学科相结合的大型系统工程,具有技术难度大、投入资金多、质量与可靠性要求高、协作单位多、研制风险高和管理难度大等特点。核动力装置是高精尖工程应用领域的一个重要分支,目前,存在系统设计模式效率不高、创新性不够、技术垄断以及设计质量参差不齐等问题,为改善这些问题。提升核动力系统设计质量和开发速度,进行基于MBSE的核动力装置智能化设计就显得尤为必要。文章采用模型的系统工程思想,围绕上述问题进行研究,提出一种针对核动力装置领域系统智能化设计的方法。 MBSE is regarded as a revolutionary tool for system design upgrading.MBSE also has developed rapidly in recent years and has become a hot spot in system engineering research and application in recent years.MBSE is the abbreviation of Model-Based System Engineering.The design of nuclear power facility,as a large system engineering combining cross-disciplines and multi-disciplines,has the characteristics of great technical difficulty,large investment,high quality and reliability requirements,many cooperative units,high development risk and difficult management,etc..Nuclear power facility is an important branch in the field of advanced engineering applications,there are some problems such as the system design mode efficiency is not high;innovation is not strong;technology monopoly and the design quality is uneven.To solve these problems,improve nuclear power system design quality and speed of the development,the nuclear power facility based on MBSE intelligent design is particularly necessary.In this paper,a methodology for intelligent system design in the field of nuclear power facility is proposed based on the system engineering thought of model.
