以需求为导向指导科研共享平台服务体系的建设

随着科学技术的进步,国家对科研设备投入的加大,全国高校相继建立了科研共享平台,以期整合资源,对仪器设备进行集中管理,实现资源共享、效益最大化。在大数据的时代背景下,科研共享平台资源整合的数量不断增多、种类逐渐丰富,科研共享平台应将服务理念从"以资源为中心"转向"以需求为导向",才能为用户提供更加精准、更加便捷、更加有效的服务。文章以南京医科大学公共卫生学院科研共享平台为例,阐述以用户为中心,以需求为导向,结合学科发展特点来指导科研共享平台服务体系的建立,提高共享服务的工作质量,为科研事业的开展保驾护航。

With the advancement of science and technology and increasing investment in scientific research equipment,universities across the country have successively established research sharing platforms to integrate resources,centralized management of instruments and equipment,to achieve resource sharing and maximize benefits.In the context of the big data era,the number and types of resource integration of research sharing platforms are increasing.The research sharing platform should shift its service concept from"resource-centric"to"demand-oriented"in order to provide users with more accurate,more convenient and more effective services.This article takes the research sharing platform of the School of Public Health of Nanjing Medical University as an example to explain that it is user-centered,demand-oriented,combined with the characteristics of discipline development to guide the construction of the research sharing platform service system,improve the quality of shared services,and escort the development of scientific research.
