冷链物流安全发展研究

随着人们生活水平的日益提升,并且伴随新冠肺炎疫情的发生,人们对冷链配送产品的关注度日渐提升。冷链物流配送是诸多物流企业升级发展的关键环节,但是国内冷链物流发展仍与国外冷链配送发展有着很大差距,尤其在安全保质方面相差甚远。目前,国内冷链物流安全性措施不到位、缺乏专业的解决方案,企业发展未与政策发展相结合等问题均无法得到消费者的满意。针对国内冷链物流的安全发展现状问题,研究并提出了针对冷链物流安全发展的建议与改进方法,提高冷链物流的流通率,有效提升配送产品的安全性,满足人民的消费需求,保证消费者的健康。

With the improvement of public living standard,and the occurrence of new crown epidemic,and accompanied by the occurrence of COVID-19,people need to pay much attention to products delivered by the cold chain logistics.It is the key point to link many logistics enterprises in the upgrading and development,but there is still a big gap between China and the development of foreign cold-chain transportation,especially in the aspect of safety and quality.At present,China's cold chain logistics security measures are not mature,lacking of professional solutions,and the problems of enterprise development not combined with policy development can not satisfy our consumers’demand.In view of the current situation of the safety development of cold chain logistics in China,this paper studies and puts forward suggestions and other improvement methods for the safety development of cold chain logistics,so as to improve the circulation rate of cold chain logistics,and effectively enhance the safety of distribution products,and finally meet the consumers’demand and health.
