摘要
研究表明 :有机硅反应单体的分子结构对硅 -丙乳液共聚物的物理性能有明显的影响。通过选用水解基团相同但反应活性基团不同的有机硅单体 ,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷 ,与丙烯酸类单体进行乳液共聚 ,合成了系列不同的硅 -丙改性乳液。利用红外光谱对共聚物进行了结构表征 ,DSC测定了聚合物玻璃化温度 (Tg) ,研究了有机硅单体结构及用量对共聚物膜力学性能及吸水率的影响。
As part of a contract, we had to study the influence of molecular structure and reactivity of organosilicon on physical properties of acrylate based copolymers. Section 1 explains how we copolymerized acrylate with two organosilicone monomers: ethyl triethoxysilane and 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate. Section 2 summarizes and discusses the results of research. IR(infrared spectrum)analysis, given in Fig.1, shows copolymer structure and chain composition. DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)thermograph, given in Fig.2, characterizes the glass transition temperature of copolymer. Table 2 gives the strain at break and tensile strength for copolymers made with seven different emulsions A,B,C,D,E,F and G. Fig.4 shows variation of hydroscopicity with time for films of copolymers made from emulsions A,B,C,D,E,F, and G.
