摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子对脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及日常生活能力(ADL)评分的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年12月本院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组血清D-二聚体(D-D)、血浆血栓烷素B2(TXB2)、脑利钠肽(BNP)水平、NIHSS及ADL评分。结果治疗后,两组D-D、TXB2及BNP水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分较治疗前均降低,Barthel评分较治疗前升高,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采用鼠神经生长因子治疗能有效降低细胞受损程度,改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提高日常生活能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of rat nerve growth factor on neurological impairment score(NIHSS)and daily life ability(ADL)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group were given rat nerve growth factor treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum D-dimer(D-D),plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),NIHSS and ADL scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the average DD,TXB2 and BNP water of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using rat nerve growth factor to treat patients with cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the degree of cell damage,improve the neurological deficit and improve the ability of daily life.
