帕罗西汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗脑卒中后重性抑郁障碍的临床观察

Clinical observation of paroxetine combined with flupentixol and melitroxine in the treatment of poststroke major depressive disorder

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗脑卒中后重性抑郁障碍的临床效果。方法选取2019年1—12月本院收治的150例脑卒中后重性抑郁障碍患者作为研究对象,采用信封法分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予帕罗西汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、ADL评分、HADM评分及住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,ADL评分、HADM评分改善效果均优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗脑卒中后重性抑郁障碍效果显著,能有效缩短治疗时间,降低不良反应风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of post-stroke major depressive disorder.Methods 150 patients with post-stroke major depressive disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to envelope method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received flupentixicillin treatment,and the observation group was treated with paroxetine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,ADL score,HADM score and average length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group,the improvement effect of ADL score and HADM score was better than that in the control group,and the length of stay in hospital was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with flupentixol can effectively shorten the treatment time and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
